Norns is a visual environment dedicated to workflow programming in chemoinformatics: the tool enables an experimenter to easily set a data processing chain by visually linking boxes, each boxe implementing an elementary task.
The current version of Norns contains a panoply of elementary treatments, directly available as configurable boxes.
Moreover, the environment has been designed to facilitate the addition of new boxes by the user.
Norns is programmed in C++, it requires Qt4 and OpenBabel.
